It's been almost a month and I don't have my order!!! I have emailed them several times with ZERO response. All I have is a transaction ID. No other info was providing. I want a refund and I will NEVER order from here AGAIN!!! TOTAL SCAM!

I ordered 3 tubes of Double Retinol &Collagen Peptide Treatment and I received 3 tubes of a Chinese product skin whitening cream when applied I looked like. Geisha Girl,!!! I really would like to try the original product as advertised but please refund my purchase immediately!!! $131.93 The resolution was a refund of 30% or return the incorrect product to China for a full refund...obviously returning to China would be a very expensive process!!! So I will continue to remind myself not to buy products on line...Scam-Scam-Scam...

I bought 2 packages of beas after I seen a good ad with plus-size models. I got my items in 3 weeks--- not even close to what ad offered. The size is for Hong Kong and the cups' all wrong for my size. So I emailed since it's all I can find on the website for their return policy. Their email address. Nothing like "No return, no refund" in their FAQ. They processed my ticket, I responded many time that the email chain getting to a bit confusing because it's not in order. Then it's what you said-- they asked for photos. They really are going never refund me.

I ordered and received my cleaner.. it don't work nothing like the reviews say... I buy $1 bottle of something called awesome that I've been using for a long time.. I'll stick with that.. it works alot better and it's alot cheaper.. I used it on my stove. No shine to it at all. It have it a dull look..I've used it to clean other things and I'm just really disappointed in it. I can't give this stuff a good review. It's not worth the money. I won't be recommending it. It was a waste of money. And it didn't come with the spray bottle either like it was supposed to. The only thing I got was the cleaning pills. It's a rip off

Incorrect orders received, no refund copleted

This company is really just collecting money from the customers without providing proper delivery of products.. the products are sent of incorrect sizing and after all they still don't process the refund as they promise. Initially, they respond to the requests, acknowledging their mistake, later they send several requests to you to provide evidence of the incorrect order. So, you keep sending them pictures of everything they request again and again, and at the end they don't complete the refund anyway. When you have done everything they requested, they promise to refund you money, but after that no money is returned, and no one responds to your emails again. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They are fooling people!

Ordered a cleaning product. Took forever to receive. When I did receive it there was no label on the bottle, instructions, or invoice inside the package. Product absolutely DID NOT work!!! I ordered it specifically to clean several items which it did nothing for. Company refused to refund my money. Major scammers!!! DO NOT order from this *** factory!!! :

Same happened to me with the same product. Spray bottle with no label on it, no invoice and no instructions on how to use it.

Product does not work! A total waste of money!

I am so angry at people who take advantage of others. Plus, it took forever to get the product!

I placed an order over a month ago. STILL have not received it. The tracking number goes to some China post thing that doesn't work. I emailed them SEVERAL times and they either don't respond or I get the same automated response that they will get back to me in 24 hours. NOT! I can't find a phone number for this company. I would NEVER NEVER order from them again. This company came up on one of Facebook's games. I think they should drop this sorry excuse for a company so that others do not get burned. Facebook should verify who they allow to advertise on their platforms. Shame of Facebook.

I ordered an attachment for my hose in July, the money was debited from my account, the item didn't arrive until the end of August but to to a colleague being on holiday I didn't receive it for a few days after. I used the product and it is an absolute pile of crap, it doesn't do what was advertised and for the cost of £25 felt really let down. I wrote to them the next day asking for a full refund and because I was one day over the apparent 10 days return policy, have point blank refused me. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY, I wish I had have read the reviews before I ordered it.

I ordered the mini sealer from this company. It took exactly 2 months to get to me when they told me 14 days. I contacted them about 10 times, they lost my package, then said they couldn’t refund me. Just when I think they are a total scam, I finally receive my item. I open the envelope the box is smushed and had a beating. I put 2 brand new batteries in it. Test it out. Started smoking and now won’t work at all. Worst company! Very much a scam! The only thing I can say they are good at is a speedy response when contacting them. Will never ever recommend or use again.
